Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and how you can ask us to change it.
Last updated: 6 August 2026
Who we are
Yantrasight ("Yantrasight," "we," "us") is a boutique AI advisory firm registered in India. This policy explains how we handle information collected through yantrasight.com.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit our contact form, we receive: your name, work email address, company, role, and the message you write. We do not require an account, and we do not ask for payment or financial information on this site.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this site. We do not build a profile of your browsing behaviour, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
How your information is handled
Contact form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form-delivery service, and routed to our team's email inbox. We use the information solely to read and respond to your inquiry — never for marketing you didn't ask for.
A small number of other third-party services support this site in the ordinary course of hosting and display, and may incidentally process technical information such as IP address as part of delivering their service:
- Cloudflare — hosts this website and, like any hosting provider, may log basic technical request data (IP address, browser type) for security and performance purposes.
- Google Fonts / Fontshare — deliver the typefaces used on this site.
- Formspree — receives and delivers contact-form submissions to us.
We do not control these providers' own data practices; each operates under its own privacy policy.
Google user data (Aperture_mcp_server)
Yantrasight develops Aperture_mcp_server, a personal automation tool that lets an AI agent you run yourself (such as Claude Desktop or Cursor) read and act on your own Gmail and Google Calendar, on your explicit instruction.
What we access. With your authorization, Aperture_mcp_server can read, send, and manage your Gmail messages, labels, and drafts, and read and manage your Google Calendar events.
Where it runs. Aperture_mcp_server runs entirely on your own computer as a local service. Your Google account credentials (OAuth tokens) are encrypted and stored only in a local vault on your device, protected by a master key you control. Neither Yantrasight nor any Yantrasight-operated server receives, stores, or has access to this vault or its contents.
How it's used. Your Gmail and Calendar data is used solely to carry out the specific action you request in your own AI agent session — for example, searching a message, drafting a reply, or reading a calendar event. It is never used for advertising, and we do not build profiles from it.
Who we share it with. We do not sell, rent, transfer, or disclose your Google user data to any third party. Because processing happens locally on your own device under your own control, Yantrasight itself does not receive or have access to your Gmail or Calendar content.
AI/ML model training. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models, whether ours or any third party's. Data retrieved from Gmail or Calendar is used transiently, within your own local session, solely to carry out the action you requested, and is not retained by Yantrasight for any other purpose.
Limited Use disclosure.Yantrasight's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access. You can revoke Aperture_mcp_server's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page, and can remove locally stored credentials through the tool's own account-removal command.
Retention
We keep contact-form inquiries only as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, to maintain a record of an ongoing engagement. If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you, email us and we'll action it.
Your rights
If you are located in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or request erasure of information you have given us. Wherever you are located, we will honour reasonable requests to access, correct, or delete your information in good faith. To exercise any of these rights, email advisory@yantrasight.com.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect information submitted to us, including serving this site exclusively over HTTPS. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
